The Streambar SE comes with IR only remote, it's not programmable the power, volume, and mute keys never change. It can only control your tv power by CEC. If your tv is too old for CEC feature, you'll need to replace SE remote with separately sold Roku Voice WIFI voice remote. Which will need to paired to Streambar SE. Once that is done you program it to control non-Roku and non-CEC tv's by IR.
