Need help or I’m done with Roku

I posted previously on remote that freezes up and volume that goes away upon changing apps. I’ve done EVERYTHING please do not suggest I do the simple take out batteries or unplug device as that does not work. I’d even done the factory reset before and it didn’t work but what the heck tried it again now the remote is completely frozen and I cannot even get started. I do NOT have the STICK!  I have simple voice remote. It came up on language and then locked telling me to go to remote help. Well that doesn’t help. Please please please help or I’m just going to be done with Roku. This is too stressful when you can’t even contact the company!

We will be delighted to assist you with your Roku remote issue, but we will need more details. Kindly provide us with the serial number and model of your Roku device (this can be found in Settings> System > About).
