I've done everything suggested and it still keeps scrolling.
Found the solution for my scrolling #Roku- my Bluetooth button on my soundbar remote was stuck in Bluetooth mode. Unstuck it and no further probs

Please be aware that the Roku 3 (4200) is an older Roku device that is no longer under warranty. It's possible that the remote may simply be on its way out. If you need a replacement remote for your Roku device, you can purchase a compatible remote on our Products page here: Roku Accessories

I have been very happy with my ROKU TCL television, very user friendly and fun. Lots of cool viewing options.
However, suddenly on Friday, the main menu would not stop scrolling up, after I would pushed any button. On the remote. I would push a directional button to select a channel or an app, then the screen would start scrolling up quickly and it wouldn't allow me to watch anything
Would you have any suggestions? Is it time for me to purchase a new ROKU remote? Can it be repaired/ replaced?
