I am away from home and brought my Roku stick and TV with me but forgot the remote. I have WIFI access but can't connect stick/TV without remote. Buttons on back of TV don't move to Roku's Home Screen settings to set up WIFI. Can I use my mobile Roku app to set it up?

We appreciate you for reaching out for support. Regarding your query, the Roku app on your phone can only be used with Rokus that are already connected to your home network. Please be advised that you can only connect to the internet with a physical remote. If you were already connected before and just disconnected from the same network, you can check out this support article on how to connect your phone to a Roku streaming device with the Roku mobile app.
