Hi Danny,
I have the same issue with my receiver. Please tell me how to obtain a replacement. I got frustrated and it away because I couldnt find a replacement receiver and I would really like to use this and not buy another. I have two working Roku sticks and this one should,be working also.

my roku does not have a serial number displayed on the settings>about screen.
i have had this roku for months & the last few weeks have gotten this msg & internet not connected message.
connection results are fine
so frustrating. any help would be appreciated!
If you have a Roku stick with the receiver incorporated in the cord, look on the receiver part. You should find the serial number.. It may be difficult to see. If not, take a look on the stick itself.
