HI Koriza,

It's a little harder to get to the stick but the serial number is different than on the get info screen when I double-checked the stick itself

the SN = 21307D113593

Tagging @RokuMary-F

Note that the model 3810 Streaming Stick was discontinued in September 2021. It came with a one-year warranty, so if it's in warranty still (purchased June 2021 or later) then you'll want to deal with this sooner rather than later.

Thanks for your responses. @DBDukes  @Avaya

This was working fine 2 weeks back. Suddenly it stopped working. I think some Roku updates caused this issue. Roku should support this and provide a work around to fix this.

Roku can't just make old devices stop working so that they can sell new devices.

Thanks,.

@rohitprajapati5  How long ago did you purchase your Roku Stick? It is only covered under warranty for 12 months from date of purchase.
