My remote on my streaming stick quit working and I tried to re pair it. Now, when I put the batteries back in the green light in the battery compartment comes on solid and will not go off. I have tried this several times with the same result. Please help.

Re: How to fix: Remote batteries showing solid green light
Fixed all problems! I think fresh batteries are the key. Mine were only 2 months old. Do these remotes eat batteries?

Re: How to fix: Remote batteries showing solid green light
I have already done all the steps in the roku support info, green light was flashing as it said it should but the remote still isn't working my tv. I see my screensaver, it worked just fine this morning.

Re: How to fix: Remote batteries showing solid green light
Thanks for the help, I had to reset/reboot my modem, redid everything the solution instructions said, remote working fine now. We had storm & lighting everyday, because it was working fine just this morning. Betty

Re: How to fix: Remote batteries showing solid green light
I have changed batteries, rebooted, unplugged...you name it. The light flashes green immediately after batteries are placed and the screen is stuck on “pair.” Does the enhanced work with the 3810x? Should I just take it back?

Re: How to fix: Remote batteries showing solid green light
I Love it when Corporate geeks are asked for an answer and they tell you to go somewhere else to find the answer instead of answering NOW....Roku devices are badly flawed and poorly designed at best...
