Your Premiere supports an IR remote. You might be able to find a generic IR remote at a store nearby, but make sure they state they have Roku codes available. But the basic answer is, there's no way to connect the Roku to a wireless network without a remote of some kind.

You cannot set up wifi or any setting without the remote.

take the batterys out of the remote.

Use a paper clip to poke in the reset hole somewhere on the back of the Premiere

and hold the button inside down a good 30 seconds.

Let the Roku reset

Put the batterys back in the remote and it should pair now.
