Right arrow button not working.

Hi, my voice remote for roku streaming stick+ had developed a problem, a few weeks ago the right arrow button became hard to use (needed excessive pressure to use, and then would often jump several spaces at once) but now it has stopped working completely. All the other buttons operate correctly from the remote, and I am a able to use the roku app on my mobile for all functions, but not all of my housejold has access to a mobile capable of using the app.

Right arrow button issues on my Roku remote.

Problems with my Roku remote. The right arrow seldom works even when pressing down with force. I’ve attempted to reset the remote by following the steps and was unsuccessful. How can I get a replacement without having to purchase a new remote? Thank you

I have this same issue. It is a problem with the remote, NOT with the pairing or an issue requiring a reset. Please send a replacement remote.

I have two Roku remotes for two different TVs. It happened to the one in the bedroom now it is happening to the one in the living room. Is there a fix to this? Very hard to push only one button, the one to the right

II have tried all the measures that you mention and the right arrow still remains completely unresponsive, while all the others buttons work fine.

  • Is this the remote that came with it? If not, when and where did you purchase this device?

The serial number for my device is YH006L037110.

And this is the original remote that came with this device.
