I have same issues!! So does my sister! Power and volume work but not the arrow buttons to select! Its always done this from day one! Intermittently works but now not working at all besides power and volume!!

How can we scroll up and down thro settings when remote isn't working?

We also suggest performing the power cycle by unplugging your TV for about 2 minutes. This includes unplugging the HDMI cables from the TV, and the power supply.
