I have been trying to Connect my Roku remote to my Roku tv and it doesn’t want to Remote won’t pair light blinking but stuck on pair your remote screen. Can someone help? It used to work until the power went out.

Could you try re-pairing your remote to your Roku device and see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing? We recommend doing basic troubleshooting steps on that Roku remote and checking if these steps would resolve this issue: "How to resolve issues with your Roku® simple remote or Roku voice remote?"

I have the same issue. Can't pair my remote. Been through every troubleshooting tip multiple times with 3 different sets of new batteries (out of the box). I have been trying to Connect my Roku remote to my TV and it won't!
Light continuously blinking, but stuck on "Pair Your Remote" screen. Can someone help?
It used to work effortlessly, until it just stopped and I changed the batteries thinking they were worn out. From that point forward, I followed every troubleshooting tip and other tips on You Tube.

I'm much more "Common Sense" and "Logic", than I am Tech. So I am repeating the meat of the the Community Moderator's response:

HOW do I get to "Settings > System > About?" without using the remote, that won't "Pair"?
There doesn't seem to be any logic behind those instructions!? Somebody HELP please!
@BVI_Heeling, yeah you have to wonder about those canned responses.
You can find the serial number or device ID written on the device itself. They seem to be under instructions to always request that before going any further.
