factory restored the unit and get the pair remote screen but no matter what remote I try to pair it with the green LED just keep flashing and the stick never acknowledges the pairing process. 

have tried with multiple Roku remotes. 

the Voice Pro 

the voice remote from my Ultra 

and the voice remote that came with the stick. 

none of which will pair with the unit. 

please help. Need this unit to be operational for our RV this week.

Are you using the cable with the wireless receiver?  Without it you won't be able to get any remote to pair (or do much of anything else).
