I have tried all I can to get the remote to control the sound of the soundbar. I have gone through at least 7 different bars including Bose and Polk Audio. I have read all the good stuff about how your TV will recognize the bar ad everything will be fine. I am no Phd. Call Roku support and went through half hour with nothing being resolved. I used HDMI by itself and ARC by itself. The TV want me to use their speakers only or I get the Mute and I can do nothing as long as that is on. I cant think of much else to say except any help is appreciated by this 83 year guy.
