Bought a new remote the TV style it does not have a pairing button back by the batteries.. I have followed the instructions several times unplug it plug it in take out the batteries but then back in hold down the whole button and the back button same time nothing seems to work I pulled the TV out and did all this stuff aiming the remote right to the back of the Roku stick still nothing I've watched at least 10 different videos they all say the same thing for some reason I cannot get this remote to work my Roku stick is probably four or five years old and the remote is brand new and the batteries are good I tested them. What can I do next to get this to work?
