Audio volume is weak and should be louder

I recently bought Roku 43" Tv and I think its awesome in every way but one.  The audio volume is weak. I have a nice LG sound bar that works well it. but the TV volume wont push my blasting Sound bar enough to get loud. I have a large Den and deaf in one ear.  My sound bar will blast me out of my house playing music from my phone but not with the TV.  When i read the reviews of most TV's the sound is always rated lower then the picture quality. Roku is no different. 

Why not match the  sound quality with the picture quality for a true theater like experience and get raving reviews on all features??

I am buying a 75" TV soon and the 43" will go in my bedroom. I want a TV that can match sound with picture.

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Check Device Connection: If you use an external audio device like a soundbar or receiver, ensure it is correctly connected to your Roku TV. Check all cables and ensure they are securely plugged in. Try swapping cables or testing with another audio device to isolate the issue.
  • Check Channel-Specific Audio Settings: Some channels may have audio settings that could affect the audio output on your Roku TV with a soundbar. Check the audio settings within each channel to ensure they are configured correctly.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
