Hello! @laacsa,
Thank you for your post in the Roku Community!
We appreciate your contacting us regarding the no-signal issue with your Roku device. We are pleased to help.
What should you do?
Please make sure your Roku player is directly connected to the TV. If it's currently connected to an audio/video receiver (AVR) or soundbar, disconnect it from these devices and connect it directly to the TV. Eliminating potential issues with the AVR or soundbar will help us troubleshoot problems more easily.
These are the most common reasons you may not see the picture on your TV or have a No-signal:
2. The video cable is not connected correctly, or the cable is faulty
3. There's a problem with the TV
If everything else doesn't work, try disconnecting and reconnecting all cables, including the power cable.
Thanks,
Arjiemar
