Warranty Support Exchange, replacement, and or refund.

Serial number is JA210800C58011841

model number is 100069454

this was a gift for me approximately 14 months ago. Today thick black lines across screen then app screen is prefect but it appears another set of app screens are somewhere behind the upfront ones. After a factory reset nothing will respond I am quite disappointed it’s brand new and has been a great tv so far but a tv should last more than one year.
