Having issue connecting my Roku lights to my Alexa, I am able to control my lights via the smart home app and I was able to link my Alexa to the smart home skills, and when progressing through to discover devices it comes up no devices found

Samsung S22 Ultra all Firmware, and apps  are up to date on phone, lights and apps.

@Jnightroad I was having trouble with Alexa and my Roku lights. I would try the restarting of the Alexa but I would also try to go into the Alexa app itself after you restart it I found the Alexa app to be the issue for me. Eventually I was able to find the right location within the app where I could set it up properly. Hopefully that helps.
