Re: Roku TV - OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
3/11/2025 @11am MST. Please "Reopen" this ongoing Issue. This "solution" treats the symptom - but not the recurring cause.

Re: Roku TV - OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
I have 3 roku televisions from 3 different mfg's.(TCL, Insignia, and Hisense) All are losing the info in the guide after a short period of watching. Started when the large bar of suggested channels appeared which by the way I hate. I don't need anyone suggesting channels for me and it created an additional step when searching for a channel to watch. This needs to be corrected as it is your problem, not the televisions. And while you're at remove the suggested channel bar.

Re: Roku TV - OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
Yep your solution DOES NOT work. Are you on a Roku TV? The LED setting is the LED light on the front of the TV. The power setting is the power saver which turns the TV off after a period of time, mine was set to 4 hours. This issue is no information in the guide close to the channel being watched. We have customer service, probably in the Philippines with development support in India for a company from Silicon Valley. It’ll take a couple of weeks of meetings at minimum before India even moves towards a solution. What did you think was going to happen?

Re: Roku Device - Channel Guide "No Information"
Restarting the TV from the factory default seems to fix this problem.

Grid information MISSING for 'Live TV'
When I turned on the TV today (March 11, 2025), I pressed the < button to bring up the grid BUT THERE IS NO EPISODE DESCRIPTION FOR ANY CHANNEL. I have done a system update & the info returned for a while BUT again there is NO INFORMATION!!! I can get info on whatever channel I am on at the moment by pressing the OK button, but NOT for the whole grid! What new he** has Roku tried to force on us?
This is NOT A GENERAL SETUP QUESTION BUT ROKU FORCES ME TO CHOOSE SOMETHING TO POST MY CONCERNS!

Re: Roku TV - OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
I have two Roku TVs in my home and just as of a few weeks ago, I believe after a recent update to channel guide is partially missing. It's a mixture of live TV listings and online channels sometimes all of them sometimes a mix of them. I find that starting/rebooting the TV helps bring them back but the listings only reach out for a few hours and then says no information again requiring me to reboot it again to get further listings and then it would say no information again. This is on two TVs which were receiving information perfectly through home 5G Internet service I've went through all my settings and gave Roku permission to do what it wants with the band with so I don't have any solutions for this problem please help it's not just my TV it's other people too my ZIP Code is 77057
