still not fixed! when i turn on the tv the info only lasts for a couple of hours! 

 

why won't you fix this problem?? do you figure since we have already purchased your piece of s**t product you are no longer responsible for keeping the product in good working order??

Still completely broken - 9 pm ET 3-21-2025 - displaying "no information" across the entire OTA channel guide after an hour or two.

Pathetic. You Roku people broke our TV's, yet appear utterly unwilling or uncaring in resolving your own mistake, your own faulty actions. Unbelievable. Product en$hitification at its best.

Same problem. Too many people having same problem since last update.  Roku caused the problem in their program. Doesn't matter what id, etc we have. Hopefully this gets fixed. @ roku

3-22-2025 11am..  TV GUIDE HAS WORKED FOR OVER 4 HRS.  hoping it is fixed for good..  still need way to do away with worthless icon above tv guide.  Hopefully we will rec. way to turn off or remove these.. 🤔

If you're still seeing "No info" or missing apps on your Live antenna channels, please share the following details with us:

  • Device info (Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker & GC (Press Home 5x, Back 5x)
  • Home zip code or TV location
  • Send us a photo or video of the issue you're experiencing.

Also, let us know:

  1. Which live TV channels are being impacted? Please provide the channel name and number (e.g., Fox on channel 2.8, or AMC+ on 330).
  2. How many channels are having the issue?
  3. When exactly does the issue happen? As soon as you open the channel?
  4. How long does the issue last?

We're interested to know these details as we may be able to help you solve the issue.

Please wait, why I laugh hysterically! You people have known for weeks that there was a problem!! It stated when you added the UNNECESSARY TILES TO THE TOP OF THE GUIDE! Blaming the people who have unfortunately bought a TV with the **bleep** ROKU SYSTEM is beyond the pale! This happens EVERY TIME YOU MAKE WHAT YOU CALL 'IMPROVEMENTS/UPDATES'!!!

Fingers crossed, but it does appear to be resolved for me today (3-25-2025). TV's been on all day and only a few channels have displayed "no information", which may be an issue on the end of those particular broadcasters, themselves (I suppose...?). Hoping it remains resolved for good... 🤞

All OTA\Antenna channels

On power up. Fails 80% of the time. If you select a channel via the guide it will populate all of the sub-channels for that base channel.

I have also noticed a behavior where the information is populated past the end of day (midnight). At approximately 8:30pm all the information past 9pm is cleared. This behavior has occurred 3   times in the 44870 zip-code.

Channels affected in 44116 zip-code;

3.1-8, 5.1-6, 8.1-4, 16.1-4, 19.1-10, 25.1-9 35.1-3, 35.12 43.1-3, 55.1-6 61.3-6
