I am facing the same issue for the entire day and have tried almost everything mentioned on the forum and youtube, nothing works.
I tried the USB method as well but it did not work.
the tv is still stuck.
Some times I get the below screen which looks like graphics failing
Tried doing a network reset on my daughter’s Onn Roku TV and now it’s stuck in recovery mode. Will not updated when connected to WiFi and I tried the USB update to no avail. Please help! I don’t have the funds for a new TV!

I've been dealing with the same issue for the last 6 months. My TCL Roku TV will just randomly turn off and attempt to restart but doesn't get past the boot screen and attempts to reboot again. I've noticed that when it successfully reboots the white led status light on the bottom of the TV blinks 4 times. And more than 4 and it's stuck in a boot loop. This issue has been maddening for someone who enjoys gaming.

I've tried several things to get it out of recovery mode, but nothing, so far has worked. It was purchased August 3, 2024.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! My TV has ben stuck in a boot loop for the last 30 hours and it wouldn't stay up long enough to download the update when it did get to a home screen. You're amazing
