Does not resolve problem.  All started when roku added stuff ar top of tv guide which is worthless.  Problem is a I T programing error....

I wake up to this everyday.  Can someone please help.  I'm getting ready to ditch Roku and go back to Verizon.   It's 5x as expensive,  but at least I know what's on.

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We appreciate you for letting us know that you're having an issue with your Antenna channels on the Roku Live TV Guide which has no information. Our Roku team is already aware of this and is currently working on it.

To help us investigate the issue further, please provide us with the following:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
  • Your Zip Code/Area
  • Affected apps

We hope to get this sorted out soon.

Again, ROKU, just fix it. We're all experiencing the same issues on all our Roku TVs on live tv since roku decided to change the look of that menu. This will not force us to purchase more streaming from roku. So please, just reset to the way it used to be asap and thank you
