Re: OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
I’m incredibly disappointed with the Roku platform’s terrible performance for the last month and Roku’s refusal to take responsibility for their inaction. The program guide used to work and now it doesn’t. This has gone on for years with many different tvs, just look at the forums. Fix it instead of making excuses, Roku.

Re: OTA channel guide not working consistently
@DjwOhio Thanks for keeping us posted.
We’d like to get the info below so we can figure out what’s going on and help you sort this out.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID and GC build version when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
- Is this an OTA Live TV channel? If so, what is your antenna's make/model? If not, are you referring to the Live TV channel guide?
- A photo or short video of the incident.
Thanks for your help!

Re: OTA channel guide not working consistently
I have an 8 element bow
tie with a cm7777 HD amplifier with LTE blocking. Signal quality has/is not an issue.
Here is the info on three of the TCL/Roku devices. The others are at a different location. I will provide that info at a later date.

Re: OTA Channel Guide "No Information"
Not resolved ... problem started when you updated channel guide and add top row of icon to guide. Need way to go back b4 you did change Feb 2025. Getting tired of turning tv off and on to get guide with what's on. The icons are worthless on guide.
