Saw an update came out today, 13.0.0 build 24048-C2 by still have the same error with Netflix.

Same issue here: just bought this ultra a couple weeks ago and resubscribed to Netflix this week. Did all the things, nothing has worked.

I can confirm, I have the same problem with my Roku Ultra 4802R. (Long time Roku user here, I upgraded tonight to the newest model.)

Not being able to stream Netflix is def a 1st world problem; just want to know if this is an easy fix days away or if i need to return the device. Thanks.
What’s going on? Did Roku rewrite their software in an attempt to resolve the Netflix issue? If so, that may be why my Voice Remote Pro that I use with my Roku Ultra stopped being able to turn my LG TV on or off and it won’t allow me to adjust the volume. I paired it again but when it gets to the step where it asks if you can still hear music, it can’t seem to find the proper code. Now I have to use two remotes again. I’m already having to switch between my Roku Streambar where Netflix still loads but I had to buy the Roku Ultra so that I could get YouTube. The remote to the Streambar works just fine but not the one to the Roku Ultra. I’m starting to lose faith in Roku. I sure hope they can fix these problems.
Same issue, wouldn’t have bought an ultra if I had known, will return it next week if it’s still not solved by then.

Not at all, contacted tech support and they had no solutions, other than what I already had done. Supposedly they are escalating the problem. From what I have been reading here. this is a known problem and has been going on for a while with no solution.
frustrating for a unit that is a day old.
