FYI I had multiple Roku3's back in the day (the square devices , with ethernet and wifi) and they "just worked" flawlessly out of the box. I'm an IT guy for decades, so I know this stuff. I have to say I am very disappointed in Roku based on past (positive) experience. But not today, not with these useless dongles and sticks. Absolute junk and waste of time.
I have fallen victim to this error message also. How do I get a replacement?

I purchased a 4K streaming stick on September 26 from the Roku website. When it arrived, it did not work. I showed Error 022 long range wireless not decected.
I contacted customer support and they were going to send me a new long range wireless cable - This was October 2nd
I have not heard from Roku since and have not received the anything. Multiple attempts to ask for an update have gone unanswered.
On November 13th I contacted Roku again to see if I could return the 4K streaming stick and get a refund... no response!
What is going on with Roku customer service?
I exchanged the defective Roku, the new one was a no brainer to hook up works great, one thing I did notice between the packaging of the 2 two defective one already has the batteries installed in the remote the functional one you have to install the batteries don’t know if that will help anyone but I thought I’d mention it.
