Hello, I am blind and so dispize the screen reader voice. is there anything i can do about this?  Plus, now that I have updated the software recently, now when i check for updates i hear screen reader language updating. and it appears the channels are not updating either, or the screen reader is not telling me propperly. The voice is horrible and doesn't  pronounce words and letters right for example live tv. sounds like live tg un excusible. please if windows screen readers can do better so can my $100 tv. Yeah, do better. no wonder i never bought your products until i was forced. also integrate all my streaming services into the live tv if they have live tv. ie directv and such. pluto all that. so i can pull that up and get all those channels in one place. make my life easier not harder. less confusing.

Hi @lights_rage,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thank you for reporting about this issue with your Roku Screen reader that doesn't pronounce words and letters properly. We'd be more than willing to assist you with this issue.

We suggest following these steps to modify your Roku screen reader. Let's see if this works for you.

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Accessibility
  4. Select Screen reader
  5. Under Screen Reader, you will see an option for Speech rate, Volume, and Pitch

We currently don’t have a feature or a way to group all your channels in one place. However, you can improve your experience by rearranging your most-used channels to the top of your list for easier access.

For more details, please visit our Roku Support article: How to move channels on your Roku® streaming device

We hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.
