Voiceover of every action. An assist for the blind I would guess. I don't know how I turned turn !
I have a Roku 3 and somehow I turned on the voiceover and now it tells me every action taken. I can't figure out how to turn it off.

Seems like the screen reader got turned on. That can happen if you hit "*" 4 times quickly.
You can either:
From the Roku home screen, use the remote to select Settings from the menu.
In settings, navigate to Accessibility > Screen Reader.
Use the arrow buttons to select Off, and then press OK
or
Press the Star button four times quickly from anywhere on the Roku home screen.
If you have pressed fast enough, a voice prompt will inform you that the screen reader is disabled.
