i don’t own a roku tv, but i have the streaming app on my phone and there is no option to turn off the captions from my phone. can anyone help?

1. Launch any movie on your Roku App.
2. During playback, tap the screen to bring up the playback controls. In the upper right, there is a text box-looking icon.
