Hi, @broncofan58
Greetings, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We appreciate you for reaching out to us here for support, and it's our pleasure to assist. To disable the narration voice-over, kindly press the star (*) button on your Roku remote 5 times consecutively. A pop-up on the upper right screen will show that the Screen Reader feature has been turned off.
We hope this helps.
All the best,
Kash
Have any person from roku tech support posted a way to turn this off? I have disabled all the audio accessibility options and it's still talking but only on my Paramount +

My tv is doing the same thing.
What did you do to fix this? I tried * 5 times and it did not work either:(
Yes I have tried all of that, now that I reset it to factory settings the roku isn't working properly. It is wired connected to the internet yet it keeps saying the connection is failed. When I check the connection it is always EXCELLENT. What ever the last system update was it **bleep**ed up everything. How to I fix it? Right now to get it to work I have to change from wired to wireless everytime I go to a new app or episode
Thanks for the response, @boydz1977.
Just to confirm, did the reset fix the issue with the screen reader feature? Also, to fix issues with the network, kindly try to reboot your router. Lastly, could you tell us which of your Roku devices is affected by the issue?
Please continue to keep us informed.
Regards,
Janadee
