I received a new voice remote today, but it is not working. I paired it according to the instructions, and went through the setup. But the device will not change channels. When I give a voice command to change channels, I see a message that the device is "thinking," but nothing happens. I checked the software, and I am up to date. I repaired two more times, but I continue to get the same message.
