Sync feature request for watching the same show on multiple straming devices
I would like to see a way to watch the same show on multiple tvs with roku. Example: I have multiple tvs with roku and let's say I'm cleaning my house. While cleaning i like to also watch something on tv. Currently I would have to get into each tv and goto the streaming app and put on the same show on each. However, this makes it not sync up together. Some are seconds to minutes off and diffrent ads that get it further off sync. It would be nice to have a "sync with other streaming devices on the same network" option so it would show the same show on all streaming devices.

Re: Sync feature request for watching the same show on multiple straming devices
It depends on the app being used. Most providers, such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc. already offer that. I can't say if The Roku Channel offers the same, as I seldom use that particular app. But that's not something that can be built into the Roku OS, it has to be within each app/channel.

Re: Sync feature request for watching the same show on multiple straming devices
Different model Rokus may have different processors, running at different speeds. Consequently there can be noticeable differences between Rokus in how long it take to decode the signal, process it into a signal the TV can use, and output it to the TV once received. There may even be variations between TVs on how long it takes them to do their own processing to put the image on the screen.
