One of my devices does not show up on my android/smart view for Samsung phone, to link to my phone. The other two devices in my home show and I can mirror to both of them.
Hi @gripnrip26,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for reaching out about this screen mirroring issue. We'd like to help. It's possible that something is wrong with the screen mirroring connection.
See how to confirm the screen mirroring connection.
Once you establish a connection between your Android device to your Roku streaming device, a screen mirroring request will appear on your TV screen. Using your Roku remote, select an option to allow the request.
After you accept a request and a screen mirroring connection is established, you can browse your Android device on the TV and watch content from the apps installed on that device. When you are playing content, use your Android device to play, pause, fast forward, and rewind.
If this has been set up already and is still having an issue, please report back here with the serial number of the Roku device. We'll take a closer look.
Thanks,
Rey

I have followed all steps and am still not able to screen mirror I've tried factory reset and still nothing
The serial number is X022006CYRRV
Bumping this up. I am hearing a LOT of Roku users that are no longer able to screen mirror from their Android phones. Was there an update that prevents that? Please advise
Hisense is garbage. If I do a network reset it shows up in my screen mirroring on my android or air play on my ipad for a few seconds but will not connect. The support welcomes you, asks for meaningless information then does nothing. I followed all their steps including a factory reset. Nothing works. We have all been scammed by Hisense and their untrained support staff.
Yep. I spent all day trying to mirror ANY device. I tried my android phones and my Linux laptop and NOTHING would work. It actually screwed up my entire Roku system trying to configure. I had to reset my firestick several times until I could even get my remote to work. I tried chrome and Firefox browsers. The only thing that will cast or mirror from a device to Roku is YouTube.
Roku please fix! I'm taking online courses and I need to be able to see the screen!
