Screen mirroring not working
I've been using screen mirroring for awhile and one day it just stopped working. While I was looking for solutions I found this website and was wondering if you could help.

We will be more than happy to investigate further this issue you have had with screen mirroring since it stopped working. Can you please provide the following information below?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
- When did the issue start?
In the meantime, you may try disabling and again enabling the Wi-Fi on your devices may resolve your issue. If you still fail to mirror, then set your TV screen mirroring mode to “Prompt.”

Hello John,
In case you didn't receive the email, here is the information I sent. The issue started I believe 2 years ago and I've tried disabling and re-enabling the wifi, reset the tv, check for Software updates, change the mirroring mode to always allow or prompt, and check if the device was blocked and it didn't resolve the issue. Occasionally the tv does show up on the device to mirror the screen, but the tv doesn't prompt to allow the device to connect. Hope this information helps.

Hello. I have exactly the same issue. My TV is.

When I restart both devices it comes up on my smart view but they it disappears and I cannot cast to the TV at all. It only worked when I bought the TV in January once. Hasn't worked since.

You may try this quick fix right here!
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Advanced System settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
