Roku powers on and opens Roku Channel cooking show

When we power on the Roku Ultra (and the TV), it opens in the Roku Channel to a cooking show that we have never watched and aren’t interested in watching.  Current solution is to delete the Roku C...

It’s a 4670X. 
I deleted the Roku Channel twice and it seemed to stop. Then I reopened Roku last night and the Pluto App downloaded and opened a program. Deleted that and it hasn’t done it again (yet).

Do NOT use the OK/Select button to wake from sleep. For some screensavers, that may cause an ad showing to be activated.

You can use any key. I typically use one of the arrow keys.
