It does seem to still work for some. My granddaughter is using mine and I haven’t heard of her having any problems. But that’s no help for the ones it is impacting.

You don't know what? If it's the model number of your Roku, you can find it under Settings/System/About. If it's an Ultra, it's going to be a 46xx or 48xx number.
This is been happening to me since yesterday!! Ultra model 4640X. I have done all trouble shooting and after hours of recovery, restart, reset, always ends back in recovery mode.
What next?

My roku model 4640x is stuck in recovery mode I've tried updating it factory reset and unplugged it for a time and reconnected it it will connect to the internet but just resets to the beginning again after trying an option then I have to select language again and reenter my internet connection info and that's as far as it gets
Just got our Ultra 4640X out of restart loop by hard resetting (reset button bottom for 10+ seconds) FOUR (4) times in a row waiting ~5 seconds between each reset!

Hi I turned on my Roku this morning and now for 4 hours I have been stuck in this endless loop of recovery
I have tried everything that has been outlined in this topic. Soft resets (factory and update) in the recovery screen or the hard reset using.
