I'm having the same issue, is stuck in recovery mode but when I connect to a network and try to update it gives me the Software Update failed.

Having the same problem. Unplugging the tv for about 7 hours gets me out of recovery mode for a few hours and then it goes back into recovery mode again. Is this an update problem or an internal problem?

I had my tv unplugged for about twelve hours to get it out of recovery mode, when i turned it back on the tv reset and worked nut when I came home it was back in recovery loop but now I cant install update it says no networks found. I cant wait till this issue is solved so I can use my tv.
This problem has been ongoing with all devices for months and can only be fixed 1 device at a time. Patience, they will reach out to you once the resolve the perpetual loop.
Clapper tools installed so they can watch us. Another government tech big data operation infiltration failure.
I CAN NOT UPDAT VIA WIRELESS AND I HAVE NO USB TO CONNECT TO TV. I WANT TO CRY.
