Roku Keeps Changing My Settings

I recently purchased an Onn Roku TV, and my settings keep changing automatically, including privacy settings! I have tried every possible thing to stop this, but nothing works. This is a huge invasion of privacy! I may have to return the TV.

Stop changing the settings on our Roku devices when you do updates.

One of your updates changed Audio mode from Auto (DD) to Stereo. Then I could not hear the audio of a file I was trying to play.

It took me 20 minutes to figure out what the **bleep** happened, and messed up my evening. Thanks a **bleep** bunch!

The next time one of your updates screws with something and it cost me valuable time trying to figure out what I have a good mind to unplug my Roku's, throw them in the trash, and never use a Roku again.
