Apparently the tech support agents don't even know what we are talking about. Every time I write to support about this matter they think I'm talking about advertising. The last answer I got was :

Press the 'Down' button once.
Press the 'Left' button once.
Finally, press the 'Up' button once more.
Once you have performed the above combination, you should find yourself in secret menu 2.
Follow the following steps within the menu:
Navigate to the "cycle home screen ad banner server" option.
Press the 'OK' button until you see it change to "staging 2".
After changing the settings, you can exit the menu by pressing the 'Home' button on your remote control.
