Well I just bought the newest Roku Ultra (4802x) and it says .mkv files are incompatible???

My old Roku Ultra plays all my .mkv movie files just fine. 

I've opened a ticket with Roku support. They had me reformate the USB drive to FAT32 and try again. No change. They I just got emails back and forth saying they're looking into the issue and one email said they have a solution and to call. I called and not solutions. They'll get back to me...

What give Roku???
