I tried restarting my Roku, removing and re-adding photo streams and I did the beginning steps multiple times but the photo streams is still at the beginning. Is there another way to get photo streams to work?

Note: A stream may not allow 100 photos if the storage limit for the Roku account has been exceeded.
If the problem persists, try doing it via the Roku mobile app and see if you can push it through.

The Roku device I’m using it one that attaches I don’t know what it’s called but it looks somewhat like a half a circle and it’s not showing an error message
I just removed photo streams, restarted and re-added photo streams and it’s still at the beginning
