I have uploaded photos but they will not display for screensaver. I have removed the screensaver, turned tv off, check for updates and nothing is helping.

Hi @Jonesy21,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We acknowledge your concern about the Photo stream since it is not working. We're happy to assist you further.
Please note that two options are available for using the photo stream features. Please try both options and see if they make a difference. Whether adding pictures to your Photo Stream or one shared with you by a family member or friend, you can upload photos using a web browser or the free Roku mobile app.
Web browser
Open a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer and use the following steps to create a Photo Stream and upload photos.
- Visit photostreams.roku.com
- Sign into your Roku account.
- Select Create Stream to create a new Photo Stream, or choose an existing stream.
- Upload your favorite photos
- If desired, customize the name of the Photo Stream
- Share the stream with family and friends using the Stream URL or email the link to them directly
Roku mobile app
If you have not done so, download and install the Roku mobile app for iOS® and Android™, and then use the steps below to upload photos.
- Launch the mobile app.
- Tap on the User icon in the top corner
- Tap Sign in and enter your email address and password
- Select Photo Streams
- Select Create Stream to create a new Photo Stream, or choose an existing stream.
- Upload your favorite photos
- If desired, customize the name of the Photo Stream
- Share the stream with family and friends using the URL or email the link to them directly
Once signed into the mobile app, you can upload directly from the photo gallery to your phone using the following instructions.
- Open the photo app on your phone
- Choose one or more of your favorite images
- Tap the share button and choose Roku to upload the images to any of your Photo Streams.
After creating your first stream, the Photo Streams channel is installed on your Rou devices, and the screensaver is automatically set to Photo Streams.
This should resolve the issue you are experiencing; however, if it is still unresolved, please reply, and we will be able to assist you further.
Best regards,
John

Re: Photo Streams not working
I did all that you suggest. I installed the app on the android and initiated the photo streams program. Uploaded 3 photos as a test...... they show on the phone......... however when I go to the TV and hit Photo Streams it goes to that home page which says "Get Started".. and that's it. If you click on get started you get the bar code and go all thru the same operation over and over and it never shows up on the TV

Re: Photo Streams not working
Thanks for chiming in, @led1830!
It looks like you're having some issues with Roku Photo Streams, and we’re here to help.
Could you tell us more?
- Is this the first time you're using this feature? If not, when did you start noticing this?
- What troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
- Have you tried checking if the Roku account associated with the device is the same as the Roku account where you uploaded the photos? You can check it out by going to Settings > System > About.
- Have there been any recent updates you observed before this happened?
- Any error messages you're seeing on the screen?
We are eager to get you back up and running. Please share some info with us!
Best,
