I have this exact same issue. I used these TV's in a hospitality application and have over 50 TV's with this issue over the past week. I am disgusted with the support (lack of) received.
My TVs instantly start signing out again after reboot and there is no way to navigate to the Settings to check this information. I have the two Onn TVs doing the same thing now. The only info I can get is the TV model for the Onn which is 100012590. I tried pushing the home button 5 times and the back button 5 times when it was happening but it didn't do anything and the TV just restarted. I need your prompt attention on this as this is costing my client that owns the airbnbs I manage money.

Remote didn't help. I had to use the reset button on the back of all the TV's (4 of them) and the one Roku Device I had. It took multiple attempts but I did get them all working. You have to start from scratch like a factor reset and reprogram through your email etc..
I’m having the same issue and I’ve done the reset to recovery mode. Keeps doing the same thing over and over.

We are having the same issue in our vacation rental! 5 TVs all messed up this week. Same problem. Bought new ones today, same thing is happening! Guests are not pleased nor am I after dropping more money on new TVs only to have them break again! All are TCL Roku TVs. 43 inch and 55 inch.

We are a provider of Corporate Housing with more than 100 Rokus (different models and configurations). Many ONN, TLC and Hisense Roku TVs are doing the same... None of our older Express or Roku Stick has done it so far!
The only thing that works when on location, is to do a Hard Reset. I am trying now to remove Guest Mode remotely on the affected TVs (I will report on results shortly)
This started a couple of weeks ago, and has not stopped (we had three incidents today).
