My apps are no longer appearing and menu has disappeared
I tried unplugging the TV for 1 minute and replug without success
Tried resetting factory default with the reset in the back of the TV without success
Screen still shows nothing.
I did the home x5 and back x5

Figured it out
Needed to factory reset my TV
On my Sharp TV, had to hold the "reset" button beside the hdmi ports until the screen went blank and then the Sharp logo reappeared (10 seconds)
After factory default, went through the initial settings and it re-downloaded the newest software and all working
I'm suspecting there was something that went wrong with the latest upgrade and caused the no apps screen.

I am having the same issue. Yesterday all of my apps appeared on the home screen and now they are gone.
