Lost all features after doing factory reset

Has anyone done a factory reset on a regular Roku Ultra and had it zap all of its features away?
All I have left under HOME is:  STREAMING CHANNELS and SETTINGS.  No search. No search feature and no way to add channels.

I have done 3 new updates since this has happened and they have not fixed the problem. I have done another factory reset also. Nothing has worked. What has happened?

Help Please, My Ultra is garbage because of a factory reset

Has anyone done a factory reset on a regular Roku Ultra and had it zap all of its features away?
All I have left under HOME is: "STREAMING CHANNELS" and "SETTINGS". No search. No search feature and no way to add channels. It used to have 7 or 8 features here. Now very unusable. This happened one week ago and I have added several updates since then to no avail.
