When I place our guest Roku device in Guest Mode there is no option for them to login to their personal account and see their personal streaming channels.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
Hi @gspdogman,
Thanks for keeping us posted!
Please be advised that when you enable Guest Mode on your Roku device, your guests can sign in to apps using their own account credentials. Your guests’ credentials will be automatically removed from the device on the specified date.
Guests can enjoy free content, live TV, and music or try out any of the 10,000+ apps that Roku offers. They can also add any app from the Roku Streaming Channels Store.
With Guest Mode, your guests won’t have access to your personal streaming channel accounts or be able to use your Roku account to make purchases. Instead, they can safely use their subscriptions and not worry about remembering to sign out before they leave.

Does anyone from Roku even read these posts as it appears no one does!!!!
Hello! @gspdogman,

In Guest Mode, your guests will not be able to access your apps, make unauthorized purchases on your card, or influence your recommendations.

I completely understand how to turn on the guest mode BUT that is not the issue.
How can the guests login to their account using our internet network instead of using just the basic Roku applications?
This is extremely important as guests definitely want to login so they can enjoy their own programs.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I keep having smae problem. It asks my guests to select a checkout date and then nothing happens. To fix I have to login to my account and flip it off guest mode and then back on. Then the guest tells me they now get access to the calendar and can proceed and it works. There is a glitch in the software somehow. PLEASE ROKU FIX. I do not need to piss off guests with something so simple.
Same problem here. I was hoping it was my device that was defective but it looks like a Roku bug. Does anyone know if any other devices that have a guest mode? I’m not going to be able to use the Roku if it’s so buggy.
I am now having an issue with my guest mode as well. I was able to click the calendar and it updates, but when I get to the next screen it's almost blank. Like all the app boxes are there but it's blank. Not sure how to fix this and a major issue. Is there a way to reboot it?
I am having less reported problems now so I was hoping a Roku update solved this bug. Did you update yours? What I do now is log into my Roku account on my laptop and I remotely log out of guest mode and then log back in. This seems to reset the boxes and they work.
That is exactly the same problem my guests report. I go into my account now and turn off Guest Mode, then I switch it back on, and this seems to reset it and solves the problem.
ROKU ARE YOU LISTENING? Please fix this bug so we don’t have to manually reset our boxes between each guest.
