Charges for thing we never signed up for

My husbands card keeps getting charged every month for Philo that we never signed up for as well as Hulu. Customer service is no help. They say we have no subscription & we already know this. Please help

You can contact one of our account and billing support representatives here if you find this subscription listed under your my.roku.com account. They can help you further. You must speak with the channel support staff on this, though, if the subscription is directly with the channel team.
