@GaellynnFrom the image it appears you're using the 4K streaming stick though as the moderator said, its important to state the model. Are you selecting the correct HDMI port on your LG remote? And have you created a Roku account where channels, etc are stored? These are important steps. The first thing the Roku device will search for is your account, WiFi connection and remote. Hope that helps
