The Aquatic Life Screensaver, my favorite keeps causing Roku to shut off. My Samsung TV shows device is off and I need to select power on to turn it back on. It's been working fine for years on different Rokus but this started happening out of the blue last month.
I tried other Screensaver and no problem. I wanted to try to reinstall the Aquatic Life Screensaver but I do not see an option for that in the Themes > Screensavers. Nor do I see any way to uninstall it and reinstall it. I am using another screensaver but would love to get the Aquatic Life working again.
Any ideas. Thanks.
Try unplugging the Roku for 30 to 60 seconds and see if that helps.
I factory reset it already and that didn't work. but thanks for your help,
Do you have "Power saving" enabled under Settings->System->Power? Admittedly, I don't know why it would affect one screensaver and not another.
Thanks for the suggestion but no I do not use power saving. I found the same issue with the cascading Rokus but Roku city does not cause a crash. So 2 of the 3 free Roku screensavers cause the crash.
