Does the Aquatic Life screensaver include audio (e.g., water and other aquarium sounds)?

I recently moved, so I haven’t used my Ultra in a couple months. I finally hooked it back up today and noticed the stock aquarium screensaver did not play any audio. I could’ve sworn there used to be sounds of water bubbling that played during the screensaver.

Is/was this the case, or is my memory just incorrect?

I have that screensaver on my Sharp TV, and since it's right beside me I checked it out. No, I can't hear any audio from it, and don't recall it ever having audio.

If I recall, no Roku screensavers support audio. By design.

bummer, I would like the aqua one to make light bubble sounds.

I actually had thought it did too. Makes me want to figure out a way to add it. I think even if it's just a sound machine separate from the screensaver and TV it would add a lot.

I used to have the screensaver on while playing music, but that no longer works.

That's a function of Roku Media Player, not the screensaver. It was broken in an earlier update of RMP, but I know it's been reported and something the developers are aware of.

playing audio using RMP with the Aquatic Life screensaver will only last for a couple of audio files.

that COMBINATION no longer works.  RMP will literally stop playing audio while in continuous play.

Roku broke that with RMP version 5.

they have been diligently working on a fix.  for the last 9 months.
