@athlexce, did you set "App order" to Manual under Settings->Home Screen?

yes, but as a previous post suggested, I just tried it with an ok after clicking manual to see if it lasts. It seems like the most recent update has automatic as the default? I'll see if this lasts?

This is happening to my Roku TV/ 55” TLC model 5SS451 

 

HARDWARE ID: P103X

serial #: x03200E6JAHM 

software version; 13.1.4 build 6400-HC 

device ID: S1A1W465JAHM 

 

I go to settings> Home Screen> app order> and I select manual…  it has a check mark by manual… I level the screen and the check disappeared completely and my screen keeps moving my apps very freaking annoying. Please find a way to fix this issue….

I have the same issue. However I do NOT have the option under Home Screen to select anything abut the App order. I have recently went through and deleted all the random apps that uploaded to my Home Screen out of the blue. Now Roku seems to think it would be fun to keep messing with the order of my Home Screen, even after I have moved them to the spots I want them many times. 
#FixItRoku!!

And Roku better to respond that they are ‘still looking into this.” You started looking into it 2 months ago… why is it still not fixed for lots of people??

Right! This is annoying as **bleep**. I have no way to select manuel either after I go into settings

Thanks for posting to the Rok Community!

We understand you are having trouble with your Roku device. The app order keeps changing, and there's no way to select manual in settings.

In this case, have you tried to navigate under Settings > Home screen > App order to turn this off and go back to manual?

Also, kindly provide us with the following information so we can include your device in the process of investigation:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings System About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

We'll be looking forward to your response.
